• Results / Outcome based planning, monitoring and evaluation with Indonesian and Kenyan partners of Mensen met een Missie, Netherlands; Breakthrough; ICRA (supported by BftW Germany); SIGN Jharkhand and ACCESS Development Services

• Strategic planning of Oxfam India (was part of 3 member team) and National campaign on Dalit Human Rights

• Accompaniment of Caritas India in their Strategic plan implementation

• Training on Community led development and facilitation skills for Child Alert Network, Assam; Vidya Dham Samiti, Banda Uttar Pradesh 

• Evaluation of Hausla, a program for homeless by Centre for Equity Studies, funded by Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives
